serious times guys and gals, whether you be a doomsday worrier or a conspiracy theorist or a flippant naysayer, one things for sure the global economy and your life will be inexorably linked and changed. Excuse my french , but dont be a selfish prick. Look around you, If someones in need then help them out. No matter how small a deed you could be saving their life as it falls apart around them. Same goes for being in need yourself, dont be stoic, dont be tough, dont bottle it all up,  ask for help and help will come.

I’ll still be hoping to get out and ride my bike, most likely on my own or in socially distanced groups of 2 or 3. this is not about 2 fingers up to the being told what to do, but for my own sanity. Biking is my connection to nature and nature makes me happy, excercise makes me happy, and being happy helps keep immune systems strong.

as an emergency worker i will be part of the groups allowed to move around freely if it comes to a full on lockdown, and for that i need to stay healthy. As do you guys.  get out and ride, even if it  means road cycling on your own on a dh bike into the wind.

stay safe, stay well and and above all stay kind folks.  hope to have more vids for you in the near future.

Mountain biking can be dangerous and is done entirely at your own risk
